We Build Technology
Where Failure
Is Not an Option.

Ask AI about this page

Some organisations can absorb a system going down. The clients we serve cannot. Indian Railways runs on continuous operations. Defence units deploy where a failure is not recoverable.

2025 Founded, operational within months
2 Verticals: electronics manufacturing and AI & software
3+ Sectors: railways, defence, and enterprise

A vertically integrated deep-tech company. We design, manufacture, and deploy technology across the full stack, from ruggedised electronics on the factory floor to agentic AI systems running inside enterprise infrastructure.

One company. One point of accountability.
Hardware to intelligence.

We operate across two verticals. iEMS, our electronics manufacturing arm, produces mission-critical hardware for railways, defence, and industrial clients. Our AI and software vertical delivers intelligent systems for enterprises and infrastructure operators where operational reliability is non-negotiable.

We are not an electronics company that bolted on a software team. We are not a software consultancy that sells integration services. We built the infrastructure to do both, because the problems our clients face do not respect that boundary.

Most technology vendors operate in silos.

Electronics manufacturers cannot build the intelligence layer. Software consultancies have no grip on hardware constraints or regulatory compliance. The result is fragmented procurement, integration gaps, and systems that are technically delivered but operationally unreliable.

The organisations that can least afford this fragmentation are the ones most exposed to it.

A railway operator procures lighting from one vendor, signalling from another, and data infrastructure from a third. Each vendor delivers to specification. None of them understand the others' constraints. Integration becomes the client's problem, and the client is not an integrator.

The same pattern plays out in defence, in industrial operations, in infrastructure management. Every additional vendor boundary is a point of failure: in the system architecture, in the delivery process, and in post-deployment accountability.

Neuromotion closes that gap. We bring hardware, embedded systems, and software under one engineering roof, so the solution is designed as a whole rather than assembled from parts.

Two verticals. One engineering standard.

Mission-Critical Hardware

Our manufacturing facility in Sector 63, Noida, runs Yamaha YG200 SMT lines with in-house testing infrastructure certified to IP65/IP67, IEC 61000, and thermal and humidity standards. We produce electronics for railways, defence, and industrial clients to RDSO and IPC-A-610 standards.

We do not simply assemble to spec. We bring embedded systems and firmware expertise into every product, producing hardware engineered to communicate, collect data, and support the software layer that operates on top of it.

Intelligence That Acts

QWRY.AI is our platform for organisations making the shift from passive software to active intelligence. Not a dashboard. Not a reporting tool. An agentic AI layer that connects to your infrastructure and works, on-premises or within a private VPC, with zero public AI exposure, because the organisations we build for cannot compromise on data sovereignty.

Our engagement does not end at deployment. We architect, implement, operate, and continuously improve the intelligence layer that runs your critical operations. The outcome is the product, not the software itself.

Indian Railways & Metro Systems

Railway-grade LED lighting, signalling electronics, GPS navigation systems, and deep-tech software for Indian Railways and metro operators. All products are built to be RDSO compliance ready.

Defence

We build for environments where failures are not recoverable. From field-deployable hardware to secure communications software, our defence work operates under the same reliability standards that govern our railway and enterprise delivery.

The People Behind the Work

Neuromotion was founded by a team that brings together manufacturing depth and enterprise software experience that most deep-tech companies do not carry in the same room.

Surya Narayan Dev - Co-Founder & CEO
Surya Narayan Dev
Co-Founder & CEO

Over the past fourteen years, Surya has built and led engineering teams that carry organisations through two of the hardest phases of their journey: getting from 0 to 1, and from 1 to 10. The first demands clarity - turning a fuzzy business problem into a concrete architecture. The second demands scale - ensuring what you have built can grow without breaking.

The five values that make us RACE.

Respect, accountability, collaboration, enthusiasm, and speed of execution - the principles behind how we work.

Respectful

We treat each other with courtesy and kindness - even under immense pressure.

Accountable

We take initiative and complete ownership to drive towards our shared goals.

Collaborative

We team up with trust and cohesion to deliver seamless, high-impact results.

Enthusiastic

We bring relentless passion to every engagement - ensuring better outcomes.

Swift

We move with urgency, turning decisions into shipped outcomes - without cutting corners on rigour.

From incorporation to full capability in under a year.

Vertical integration is the point. Most companies choose between hardware and software. We built the infrastructure to do both, because the problems our clients face do not respect that boundary.

2025 Onwards
Full EMS Capability
Manufacturing facility fully operational in Sector 63, Noida, with four SMT lines, in-house testing, embedded software, and AI capability under one roof.

Software-led growth. Manufacturing as the credibility signal.

QWRY.AI and our agentic AI service lines are the primary growth vector, serving enterprises and infrastructure operators who need AI capability without surrendering data control.

The infrastructure modernisation mandate in India, the push for indigenous technology, and the global demand for sovereign AI deployment create conditions that favour precisely what we have built.

We intend to be the engineering partner of record for organisations that cannot afford to get their technology wrong. A railway operator does not need a lighting vendor and a separate software partner. They need one company that understands the full system and will still be accountable when something needs fixing three years after deployment.

That is the company we built, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to.

Built to standard. Recognised by regulators.
