Platform Engineering AI · Managed Cloud

Someone has to own your AWS
environment at 3 AM.
It shouldn't be you.

Monitoring, patching, backup, security, and cost governance run by an accountable engineering team, not a dashboard you have to watch yourself.

Ask AI about this service

We run this as a fully public-cloud engagement or within a hybrid, sovereignty-scoped architecture: VPC-isolated, with defined data residency boundaries, on-premises, or private cloud where the workload demands it. Which one depends on your compliance obligations, not on what is easier for us to sell.

Assess to Govern

What “we’re on AWS” means
without a managed partner.

”On AWS” is not the same as “owned”. Without an accountable partner, the gaps stay invisible until they cost you, at month-end, at an audit, or at 3 AM.

Scheduled patch management

Instead of nobody owning patch cadence until something breaks, with change windows agreed upfront.

Continuous spend visibility

Instead of cost creep discovered at month-end, with anomaly alerts before the invoice lands.

Tested, documented restores

Instead of a backup that exists in theory but has never been restored, with procedures proven to work.

Governance baselines

Instead of security groups and IAM policies drifting silently, with drift detection and remediation.

A team, not an individual

Instead of one engineer holding tribal knowledge of the account, with documented infrastructure and runbooks.

Owned incident response

Instead of incidents triaged by whoever is awake, with defined incident and service-request management.

From assessment to full
operational ownership.

Five stages, with the last looping back into day-to-day operations. This is continuous ownership, not a one-time handover.

1 · Assess

Account, workload, and cost baseline review. We map what is running, what it costs, and where the governance gaps are before proposing anything.

2 · Stabilise

Close the immediate gaps: patch backlog, backup coverage, IAM hygiene, and monitoring blind spots.

3 · Operate

Day-to-day management begins: monitoring, patching, backup, incident response, and cost tracking against agreed service levels.

4 · Optimise

Right-sizing, reserved-capacity planning, and architecture recommendations based on actual usage, not theoretical best practice.

5 · Govern

Loops back into Operate: ongoing compliance, security-posture reviews, and account governance as your environment and obligations evolve.

What “managed”
actually covers.

Three tiers of engagement depth, so you can see where your need sits rather than being sold an all-or-nothing package.

Tier 1 · Foundation

Spend visibility and anomaly alerting. Flexible licensing and billing support. Incident and service-request handling.

Visibility

Tier 2 · Operate

Infrastructure monitoring across compute, storage, and network. Patch management with agreed change windows. Backup with tested restores. Governance and compliance baselines. Cost-optimisation recommendations.

Day-to-day

Tier 3 · Fully Managed

Identity and access-management ownership. Landing-zone management for multi-account estates. Enhanced security posture. Provisioning, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code. Custom monitoring, and cost-optimisation remediation, not just recommendation.

Full ownership

Every tier is available as pure public-cloud AWS or scoped to a hybrid boundary, with sensitive workloads on-premises or private, and AWS carrying only what has been agreed to sit there. The split is decided during the Assess stage, per engagement, based on your compliance requirements, not defaulted either way.

Full visibility of your AWS estate in 72 hours.

From the day you engage us, not from a kickoff weeks later. Every milestone is a result you can see.

  1. 72 hours

Estate discovered, tagged, and monitored with first findings

  2. Day 14

Patching, backup, and alerting baselines in place

  3. Day 30

Cost governance and a monthly review cycle running

  • Fixed scope

Scope, price, and milestones are agreed before work starts.

  • No surprises

Weekly demos and plain-language status. Changes are priced before they are built.

  • Compliance from day one

Guardrails for access, encryption, backup, and logging are applied from the first week, with findings reported against your policy.

  • You own the IP

Code, models, and documentation transfer to you on successful handover.

SLA-governed retainer. Ongoing coverage at a fixed monthly fee. Each month closes with an SLA, incident, and improvement report. The same terms are written into every statement of work for managed aws services, so there is nothing to discover later.

01 · The payment ledger

You fund accepted work, never a promise.

Drag to move through the engagement. Money is released only as each gate is accepted, so what you have paid never runs ahead of what you can use.

02 · The stress test

When something goes wrong, who pays?

Every project meets surprises. What matters is who carries them. Pick one and compare how three commercial models respond.

Time & materials

The hours keep running while the team investigates. You pay for the surprise.

Conventional fixed price

A change request is raised, usually priced at a premium and argued over.

Our contract

We verified it before quoting, and the risk register held an allowance. Any overrun beyond it is ours.

03 · The anatomy of the price

One price, built in the open.

The proposal itemises every feature or milestone, names its assumptions, and keeps a risk register with allowances. Allowances you never use are not billed.

What moves the price
  • Number of accounts and workloads
  • Coverage hours and response times
  • Compliance regimes in scope
  • Backup and recovery targets

01What is Managed AWS Services?

Managed AWS services: monitoring, patching, backup, security, and cost governance run by an accountable engineering team. Public cloud or hybrid, sovereignty-scoped. Noida, India.

02How quickly does Managed AWS Services deliver a first result?

Full visibility of your AWS estate in 72 hours. Typical milestones are 72 hours: estate discovered, tagged, and monitored with first findings; Day 14: patching, backup, and alerting baselines in place; Day 30: cost governance and a monthly review cycle running. Exact dates are written into the statement of work before you commit.

03How is Managed AWS Services priced?

SLA-governed retainer: one fixed fee per month, agreed up front. Ongoing coverage at a fixed monthly fee. Each month closes with an SLA, incident, and improvement report. Cloud hosting, licences, and usage costs are passed through at cost. International clients are invoiced in USD. The main price drivers are number of accounts and workloads, coverage hours and response times, compliance regimes in scope, backup and recovery targets.

04What happens if the scope changes or the work overruns?

The monthly fee stays fixed. Priorities can change between cycles, and any change that affects cost or the agreed service levels is quoted in writing before it is made. Extra effort needed to meet the agreed outcome is ours to carry.

05Who owns the code, models, and documentation?

You do. Code, models, and documentation transfer to you on successful handover. Code, architecture documents, deployment scripts, and credentials transfer on payment, with no licence back.

06How are security and compliance handled?

Guardrails for access, encryption, backup, and logging are applied from the first week, with findings reported against your policy.

07Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We are based in Noida and work with clients around the world, delivering remotely. Calls and demos are scheduled in your time zone, proposals and contracts are in English, international clients are invoiced in USD, and every engagement follows the same fixed-scope terms regardless of where you are.

08When would you decline to fix a price?

If the scope is not yet defined, we do not guess a number. We propose a short, time-boxed discovery with its own fixed price, then quote the build.
