Full-service AI and software engineering for high-accountability organisations.
Neuromotion Systems designs, builds, and deploys AI products and software systems for enterprises, PSUs, and infrastructure operators, where reliability is non-negotiable, data must stay sovereign, and the engineering must hold up under institutional scrutiny. We bring the rigour of our hardware and defence background into every software engagement.
The demo impresses. Then the pilot meets real data, real compliance, and real uptime requirements, and stalls. We are built for the part that comes after the demo.
Industry data consistently shows the large majority of enterprise AI projects fail to move from proof-of-concept into sustained production.
Most operational data sits unstructured and siloed across legacy ERP, databases, and documents, unusable until it is engineered into a real platform.
For PSUs, defence, and regulated operators, public-API AI is a non-starter. Sovereignty is a precondition, not a feature request.
Systems that carry institutional accountability must be maintained for a decade, not handed off after a spec is met and the agency walks away.
If your organisation is making critical operational decisions on incomplete or untrustworthy data, or recovering from a pilot that demoed well and delivered nothing, that is exactly the problem we are built to solve.
From the day you engage us, not from a kickoff weeks later. Every milestone is a result you can see.
Scoped discovery with a written feasibility view
Architecture note and a fixed-scope plan
First working release on your environment
Scope, price, and milestones are agreed before work starts.
Weekly demos and plain-language status. Changes are priced before they are built.
Security, data residency, and audit requirements are captured in week one and designed into the architecture, not retrofitted.
Code, models, and documentation transfer to you on successful handover.
No open-ended discovery and no retained-consultancy drift. Every engagement runs the same five stages, and each one ends with something you can inspect and a decision only you can make.
You describe the outcome you are accountable for. A senior architect asks the questions that decide price and risk. A mutual NDA is in place before anything sensitive is shared, and the call costs nothing.
Locate your situation on the line below. Each model has a fixed price, a written scope, and payment tied to results you can verify. Whichever you choose, you see the terms before you commit.
One price per milestone
A product, platform, integration, or migration with a clear finish line.
One fixed fee per month
A product that evolves sprint to sprint and needs a steady team, not a fixed brief.

If your organisation is making critical operational decisions with incomplete or untrustworthy data, that is the problem we are built to solve.
We are an AI and software company that has also built and deployed hardware for the Indian Army and Indian Railways. That is not incidental. It shapes how we approach every software engagement, systems that cannot fail, that operate in adversarial field conditions, that must be maintained for decades, and that carry accountability to institutional stakeholders.
Most software agencies will not have that reference point. We do.
Direct answers to the questions that come up most often during early technical conversations.
We work with enterprises, PSUs, semi-PSUs, and infrastructure operators, particularly organisations managing critical operations with fragmented data environments and a requirement for private AI deployment. Our customer profile spans Indian Railways supply chain, defence primes, privatised utilities, and PPP concession holders.
Yes. Private, sovereign deployment is a core part of what we offer, not an add-on. Our QWRY.AI platform and private LLM deployments run entirely on your infrastructure, on-premises or in your VPC, with no data leaving your environment.
We take architectural ownership and long-term accountability. We do not write code to a spec and step away. We design the system, own the technical decisions, and remain available for the operational lifecycle of what we build. Our engagements are structured as partnerships, not project transactions.
Yes. A significant portion of our work involves building data pipelines and AI layers on top of existing ERP systems, operational databases, and legacy software infrastructure, without requiring a wholesale system replacement.
We work across both. For early-stage teams we offer product engineering and AI architecture from the ground up. For larger enterprises and PSUs we typically engage on a specific capability gap (data platform, private LLM, agentic workflow, or machine vision) and expand from there.
Work is priced per milestone against written acceptance criteria, or as a fixed monthly fee for pods and support. Payment is released when working software is accepted, changes are quoted in writing before they are built, and third-party costs such as cloud hosting are passed through at cost. Where scope is not yet defined we propose a short fixed-price discovery rather than guess a number.
Yes. We are based in Noida and work with clients around the world, delivering remotely. Calls and demos are scheduled in your time zone, international clients are invoiced in USD, and every engagement runs on the same fixed-scope, milestone-based terms.

Whether you are scoping a new AI product, recovering from a failed pilot, or looking for a software partner who can go from architecture to deployment without hand-holding, the right starting point is a direct technical conversation.
