A full-stack electronics manufacturing partner, from schematic to certified, deployed product.

Ask AI about this page

Neuromotion Systems is a precision-engineering and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) practice purpose-built for hardware that must operate in unforgiving environments, railway corridors, defence formations, industrial sites, and outdoor critical infrastructure. We take products from design files to certified, serial-produced units, and we stay accountable for the lifecycle.

What each capability covers.

PCB Assembly

Four independent SMT lines handle fine-pitch, BGA and QFN work, with three Yamaha YG200 placement machines and a dedicated LED line. An eight-zone reflow oven and a dual-pot wave solder cover SMT, through-hole and mixed assemblies, backed by automated optical inspection.

Box Build & System Integration

Mechanicals, enclosures, harnessing and final integration are done on in-house semi-automatic and belt conveyors, so boards leave as tested, deployable systems rather than loose assemblies.

Component Sourcing

Procurement runs through authorised channels with BOM optimisation and lifecycle-risk review, so obsolescence and allocation risks are flagged before a build is released.

Design & DFM

Schematic capture, PCB layout and design-for-manufacture review happen on every new product, with the same team that will build it, which keeps manufacturing intent in the design from the first revision.

Testing & QA

In-circuit, functional and burn-in testing, plus in-house humidity, hot and thermal chambers and an integrating sphere for optical characterisation. Test fixtures are designed alongside the product.

NPI & Prototyping

First articles are built on the production line, so a prototype and the pilot run use the same process. Bring-up, debug and revisions stay in-house, which shortens iteration cycles.

Cable & Wire Harness

Custom harness build, crimping, over-moulding and continuity testing for ruggedised assemblies, produced to the same quality system as the electronics they connect.

Lifecycle Support

Field service, RMA, obsolescence management and engineering-change control for deployed fleets, for as long as the product is in service.

The path from your spec
to a shipped unit.

Every engagement follows the same six-stage discipline, whether it begins with a sketch on paper or a fully released BOM. Gates are explicit, and engineering, procurement, and production sit at the same table.

We adapt to where you are in your product journey, from manufacturing your existing design to taking a product from concept through to a deployed, certified fleet.

Build-to-Print

You supply the design. We manufacture to your specifications with full quality assurance and traceability. Fastest path to production for mature, released designs, DFM audit, BOM validation, and serial production on a single contract.

Build-to-Specs

Collaborative engineering. You define the requirement, environment, certifications, volume, lifecycle, and we design, develop, and manufacture. Ideal for custom, regulated, or defence applications where the design does not yet exist.

Cost Optimisation

Bring us your existing product. We conduct a DFM audit, BOM re-evaluation, and process review, and re-manufacture with 5–15% cost reduction without compromising specification, certification, or compliance.

Who we build for.

01

Indian Railways & rail OEMs requiring rolling-stock and corridor-grade electronics with documented compliance.

02

Defence primes and integrators sourcing serialised, traceable assemblies for fielded systems and platform upgrades.

03

Critical infrastructure operators deploying monitoring and control hardware at remote, unattended sites.

04

Industrial OEMs moving from hand-built prototypes to compliant, serial production without changing partners.

05

Hardware-first startups needing engineering depth, not just an assembly house, on the road from product-market fit to fleet.

If your hardware will sit outside, run unattended, and answer to an institutional buyer, you are exactly who we are built for.

Why a manufacturer that also designs matters.

Most contract manufacturers receive a finished design and execute. We design too, which means we catch the manufacturability issues before they become yield problems, and we engage on debug, revision, and qualification as partners rather than as a help-desk.

The same team that runs our SMT line ships the firmware on QWRY.AI and the field-deployed hardware behind our defence and rail programs. That continuity is the product.

What buyers ask us.

Direct answers to the questions that come up most often during early manufacturing conversations.

Yes. A large share of our work is contract manufacturing for customers with completed designs. We begin with a DFM and DFT audit, validate the BOM against current availability, build first articles on the line that will run the program, and transition into serial production. You retain full design ownership throughout.

Yes. We run end-to-end programs that begin with requirements capture, move through schematic and layout, prototype and qualification, and end at a certified, serialised production unit. Engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing are part of the same team, which is what lets us compress timelines without compressing rigour.

Our practice is structured for low-to-mid volume, high-mix programs, typical of railway, defence, and critical-infrastructure customers. That covers prototype runs, pilot batches, and serial production into the low tens of thousands of units per program. We are not the right partner for consumer-volume contract manufacturing.

Every unit is serialised. Incoming component lots, process steps, test results, and final QA outcomes are recorded against that serial. For defence and rail customers we retain the full record for the contractually-required service life and make it available for audit on request.

Yes. Lifecycle support, spares stocking, RMA, engineering changes, and obsolescence planning, is part of how we engage on every program, not an optional service line. Our customers run their fleets for years, and we are structured to keep them running.
