Edge Inference: Running an AI model directly on a device at the data source (e.g. a camera node) rather than sending data to a central server or the cloud for processing.

Edge inference keeps three things under control at scale: latency (decisions happen where the data is produced), bandwidth (only events are escalated, not raw streams), and data sovereignty (data never leaves the site). It is the architectural basis of our edge AI and machine-vision deployments.
