We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and understand how it is used. They fall into these categories:
- Necessary, to make the Site work and keep it secure;
- Functional, to remember your preferences;
- Analytics, such as Google Analytics, to measure traffic and improve content; and
- Advertising, if we run campaigns, to measure their effectiveness.
Where the law requires consent we ask for it, and you can change or withdraw it. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
9. International transfers
We are based in India and serve clients worldwide, so your personal data may be processed in India and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where we transfer data across borders we use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the law that applies.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here and to meet legal, accounting, and contractual requirements. After that we delete, anonymise, or securely dispose of it. Enquiry records are typically kept while a relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards; recruitment records are kept for a limited period after a decision.
11. Security
We use technical, administrative, and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
